Effective against the main pathogens of the udder: environmental and contagious
– Micronized cloxacilin:
bactericidal antibiotic, resistant to the action of the betalactamases. Especially effective against Staphylococcus sp., and Streptococcus sp.
– Trimethoprim-sulphadimidine:
broad-spectrum synergic association, effective against Gram positive and Gram negative microorganisms.
Active against Streptococcus sp., Staphylococcus sp. and Escherichia coli.
Diffusion
– The micronization of the cloxacilin favours better distribution throughout the mammary gland.
– NEOMASTIPRA-SEC is distributed throughout the entire udder, acting on existing microorganisms and preventing new infections.
Persistence
– NEOMASTIPRA-SEC is absorbed slowly, maintaining high concentrations in the mammary gland for a prolonged period.
NEW FORMAT:
– Sterile syringes: guaranteed quality.
– Flexible cannula and double option cap (short/long cannula): facilitates the application of the product.
– Aseptic: exclusive HIPRA disinfecting towelette. Allows just the tip of the teat to be disinfected. Avoids contamination of the udder when applying NEOMASTIPRA-SEC.
NEOMASTIPRA-SEC. COMPOSITION PER SYRINGE: Cloxacilin benzathine 500 mg; (Sodium) sulphadimidine 750 mg; Trimethoprim 125 mg. INDICATIONS: Cows: Mastitis, in the treatment of
drying-off. ADMINISTRATION ROUTE: Intramammary. DOSE: Cows: 1 syringe/quarter, after the last milking. WAITING TIME: Meat: 28 days. Milk: Not specified. It can be used once the colostral
period has passed. SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS: Only administer at the time of drying-off. Apply the treatment after thorough milking and disinfection of the teat, materials and the operator’s hands.
