Differentiation between the infections caused by virulent serotypes (1, 5, 9, 10 and 11) and less virulent serotypes (2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 12) of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae.

Serum dilution: 1/200.
Serum incubation: 60 minutes at 37 ºC.
Conjugate incubation: 60 minutes at 37 ºC.
Substrate incubation: 15 minutes at 18-25 ºC in darkness.
Reading: 405 nm.
Store at +2 to +8 ºC.
