The first step is to verify that the applicant meets the requirements of the vacancy. If so, the applicant will be contacted to do a series of interviews.
Throughout the process and the employee’s first few days in the company, a person from the Human Resources department will be there to guide and accompany you. During HIPRA’s onboarding programme, you will meet the people you will be working with and learn about the facilities and services available to you as a team member.
