Summary

Results showed that CIVTEST® BOVIS IBR ELISA kit is better at quantifying antibody levels, whereas CIVTEST® BOVIS IBRgB kit is better at distinguishing positive animals. Depending on the purpose of your serological study, you should choose the better kit: indirect ELISA for quantifying antibodies and blocking ELISA for epidemiological studies.
